You can specify the pixel amount of the feather in the add box. You can increase the feather in a uniform way by selecting the Uber Key and selecting the points you want to soften, then click the add button to add a consistent feathered edge in one click. Having the ability to edit and animate the edge width "with per-point" control, is very useful for objects with a lot of motion blur and advanced roto work. The feathered edge will occur between the inner and outer spline points The 'A' pointer for Any will move either the inner or outer point depending on which is selected. The 'E' pointer for edge will only move the outer spline point. The 'I' pointer for Inner will only move the inner spline. The pointer tool with the 'B' will move both the inner and outer spline point together and will not add feathering. And you can SHOW YOUR LAYER Mattes to visualize your feathered mask.
